Enigmatique soirée...

Dans les bureaux d'Exeko, Fred et Dan, médiateurs pour idAction Mobile, préparent leur première soirée de co-médiation. Elaboration du plan d'action: Fred présente des approches artistiques à Dan, qui lui même dissèque le raisonnement de Fred en lui posant des énigmes. Le point de ralliement se fait naturellement lorsque, ensembles, ils trouvent des représentations visuelles des énigmes. C'est parti...!
 
La soirée débute, une belle énergie à bord, une fois de plus. Tandis que je prend place à l'arrière, la synergie des médiateurs continue d'opérer, l'un conduit, l'autre prend en charge la fiche de suivi, l'itinéraire se dessine au fil des discussion et suggestions de chacun. Gilbert est le premier à se voir confier une énigme, dessinée à la craie devant ses yeux. Ce soir la, Gilbert n'est pas d'humeur bavarde. "Laissez moi une semaine, je vous reviens avec la réponse". Challenge accepté. "Vous devriez aller voir du côté de Plein Milieu, il y a un barbecue la bas, vous allez voir du monde qui veut réfléchir". Sur ce beau référencement, nous quittons Gilbert... Un petit coup d'oeil par dessus mon épaule me permet de le voir deja profondément absorbé par le casse tête, traçant des traits imaginaires du bout des doigts.

Le conseil de Gilbert nous permet effectivement d'accéder ce soir la à un beau bourdonnement de méninges, d'assister à un travail collectif pour résoudre des dizaines d'énigmes, et de nous en voir proposer de nouvelles. "think out of the box", comme le résume Corinne... Nous restons jusqu'à ce que nos craies soient réduites en poussière. C'est le signal, le temps de voler vers d'autres participants. Chaque enigme résolue est un petit succès, et en appelle une nouvelle. Le raisonnement fuse, la logique fait son chemin parmi les ruses dissimulées dans les énoncés...

De Atwater à Ste Catherine, nous répandons des énigmes ce soir la. "Au prochain arrêt il faut qu'on fasse celle des vaches"! Mêmes aux arrêts éclairs, lorsque les feux de circulation sont rouges et que quelques squeedgees s'approchent, Fred se range, Daniel lance des énigmes dans les quelques secondes que la circulation nous laisse :

Devant Réjean, nous dessinons cette même énigme. Daniel et Fred interpellent des passants, pour les inviter eux aussi à réfléchir. Tandis que deux demoiselles se prètent à l'exercice, Réjean m'explique, d'un ton oscillant entre le sérieux et la malice : " Moi ce qui m'intéresse chez une fille, ce n'est pas qu'elle soit jolie, c'est qu'elle soit intelligente!". Je ris avec lui. Belle philosophie!

(C) Exeko Nous terminons notre soirée au Projets Autochtones du Québec. Si les lieux sont plutôt tranquilles ce soir la, les énigmes continuent d'en faire cogiter plus d'un. Là encore, l'entraide est de mise entre les participants...   (C) Exeko
