idAction Mobile, un an déjà...

Un an... Depuis un an aujourd'hui, idAction Mobile sillonne les rues de Montréal, et je porte aujourd'hui un regard empreint de tellement de respect envers tout le chemin parcouru, tant sur les routes qu'à travers le projet...
 
Il y a un an, idAction mobile s’élançait timidement à la conquête des ruelles de Montréal, des coins de rue et de leurs occupants, des parcs du centre ville. Au côté de la Kawas'he,  Youssef et Jean Philippe, médiateurs pionniers du projet, faisaient leur chemin, diffusant livres, signets et récoltant encouragements et débats.

L'été est arrivé avec son lot de bénévoles épatants, qui ont permis en quelques mois une optimisation des soirées à bord et un partage d'expériences supplémentaires. La fourgonnette a revêtu ses plus beaux atours, portant les couleurs d'Exeko le long de sa carrosserie.  L'été a offert a idAction Mobile sa deuxième vague de médiateurs, invitant à son bord Fred et Alexandra, pour compléter l'équipe. Accordéon, marionnettes, contes, énigmes  fresques de craie... la créativité s'est emparée d'idAction Mobile. Des dizaines de paires d'yeux se sont vues chaussées de lunettes, des dizaines de carnets remplis de chefs d'oeuvres.

L'automne a imposé à idAction Mobile la rigueur de la rentrée, après un été coloré, et teinté de petites victoires quotidiennes. Solidifiant son équipe de deux nouvelles recrues, Cyril et Mathieu, idAction Mobile s'est doté progressivement de procédures d'évaluation d'impact du projet, afin de poursuivre sa route de plus en plus structurée. Massothérapeutes, opticiens... La caravane a développé son réseaux d'invités spéciaux, et s'est équipée pour l'hiver! IdAction mobile a déployé son action par un rayonnement plus important sur la place publique, assurant une présence sur plusieurs évènements connexes.

Arborant une superbe bibliothèque boisée à son bord, le projet a tissé progressivement un maillage de points relais dans divers lieux d'accueil pour les personnes en situation d'itinérance. Tandis que j'observais l'explosion de couleurs dans les forêts québécoises, j'admirais en parallèle, fascinée, l'explosion des couleurs parmi les profils de bénévoles. L'automne a été intense pour le projet, et idAction mobile a exploré de nouvelles collaborations avec de nombreux organismes terrain, mettant en oeuvre toute la complémentarité portée par nos projets respectifs.
 
Alors que la neige recouvrait les trottoirs montréalais, idAction Mobile a revêtu ses pneus d'hiver, et s'est doté d'une "mini mobile", afin d'aller à la rencontre des participants avec qui la relation devenait de plus en plus stable. Guidés par ces derniers, nous sommes allés explorer les dessous de la ville, les couloirs de métro. Claude a rejoint l'équipe, chaque saison ajoutant de petites perles à son collier.

Forts d'une relation de confiance croissante, et désireux d'aller plus loin avec nos participants, l'accompagnement culturel de ces derniers a vu le jour, décloisonnant les frontières et renforçant la notion d'inclusion. Tandis que la neige recouvrait les trottoirs de Montréal, nos participants assistaient à des projections des films réalisés par le Wapikoni.
 
Depuis quelques semaines, le printemps est arrivé à Montréal : loin de ralentir la cadence, l'équipe grandit encore : chaque semaine de nouveaux bénévoles embarquent, et 3 nouveaux médiateurs, Maxime, Daniel, et Marie Pierre ont pris la route.

Chaque jour, qu'il grêle, qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse soleil, je vois ces beaux sourires à bords, cette énergie incroyable, et je me dis que la soirée va être belle, que le projet a de beaux jours devant lui, et que je n'échangerais ma place pour rien au monde...
